SerieAGoal is a registered journalistic publication and football information platform offering news, results, live coverage, fixtures, tables, statistics, team/player/coach profiles, transfers, favourites, notifications and prediction features.

The service is independent of clubs, leagues, federations and gambling operators unless expressly stated otherwise.

Many pages can be viewed freely. Some features require an account. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, not transfer their account and report suspicious access.

Independent registration for consent-based processing is available from the age of 14 under the applicable Italian rules. Sections relating to odds/predictions do not turn the site into a gambling service: any gambling activity involving money remains restricted to adults and subject to the relevant law.

Data may come from APIs and third-party providers and may be updated automatically. Live coverage, line-ups, tables, injuries, transfers, statistics and fixtures may be affected by delays, corrections, provider errors, VAR corrections or changes decided by organisers.

SerieAGoal seeks to correct inconsistencies, but the official data is that published by the relevant organiser/sports authority. The site must not be used as the sole source for decisions requiring official or certified data.

Individual predictions, percentages, statistics and odds are provided for informational, editorial and entertainment purposes. They are not financial advice, a guarantee of winning or a promise of return.

SerieAGoal does not accept bets, open gambling accounts, manage deposits/withdrawals or collect stakes. Any odds displayed are reference values derived from available data and may change or be unavailable at the time of the event.

The presence of a bookmaker’s name in odds data does not imply a recommendation, affiliation or invitation to use that operator. Any future commercial relationships, if lawful and activated, must be clearly distinguished and governed separately.

Contributions submitted by contributors or prospective contributors are subject to review and do not become articles of the publication until they are published by the newsroom. The author warrants that they hold the rights needed for the text and sources/materials they submit.

Any fees, professional assignments, publication limits or tax conditions are governed by the specific relationship with the contributor and do not arise automatically from registration or submission of an article.

Articles, text, original graphics, software, structure, selection/organisation of content and databases may be protected by copyright, sui generis database rights or other laws. Links and short quotations with attribution are permitted within the limits of the law.

Mass or aggressive scraping, systematic database extraction, mirrors, full republication, removal of bylines, circumvention of rate limits and unauthorised commercial reuse are prohibited.

Third-party trademarks, crests, logos, photographs and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Advertising spaces, including Google AdSense when active, are kept distinct from editorial activity in accordance with the site’s and providers’ arrangements. The presence of an advertisement does not imply editorial endorsement of the advertised product or entity.

Cookies and ad-tech technologies are governed by the relevant notice and CMP choices where required. SerieAGoal does not guarantee the availability or content of advertisements automatically served by third parties.

The site may integrate third-party services, data, CDNs, authentication, video/embeds or links. External services are subject to their respective providers’ terms and privacy notices. SerieAGoal does not control the availability of or changes to third-party websites.

Favourites, pins/highlights, local history, theme and notifications are convenience features. Users can change or disable them. Live notifications may arrive late or fail to be delivered because of browser, device, provider or network limitations.

SerieAGoal may remove, restrict or make unavailable content/conduct that breaches the law, these Terms or the Rules, and may suspend accounts in cases of abuse, compromised security or manipulation.

To report specific content you believe to be unlawful, use the Unlawful content / reporting channel, providing the exact URL, sufficiently reasoned grounds, information enabling verification, the reporter’s contact details and a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate. The channel is also available where notice-and-action obligations apply to the service.

Features, competition coverage and sources may change. The service may be suspended for maintenance, security, failures, updates or third-party unavailability. We may modify or withdraw non-essential features while preserving accrued rights where necessary.

SerieAGoal applies reasonable editorial and technical care but does not guarantee that every live data item, prediction or third-party service will always be error-free or available in real time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial or gambling decisions made in reliance on predictions, odds or unofficial data. Mandatory user rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected in all cases, including cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

Users may request account closure through support. SerieAGoal may suspend or close accounts for serious breaches, fraud, security reasons or legal obligations, with an assessment proportionate to the circumstances.

Closure does not automatically erase data or content that must be retained for legal obligations, defence of rights, accounting, editorial integrity or prevention of manipulation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms describe the general service. If paid digital features are introduced, the price, features, duration, renewal, payment methods and any additional applicable consumer conditions/rights must be shown before purchase. No prediction feature constitutes acceptance of a sports bet.

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence where applicable. Any mandatory rules on territorial jurisdiction remain unaffected.
